Weather and Thanksgiving

After a seriously CRAPPY October (one of the worst on record), we are having one of the warmest and nicest Novembers on record--go figure. We've been trying to get outside as much as we can and having a blast because we know that this is Minnesota, and the freeze-your-eyeballs-off cold is just around the corner. We didn't even have to wear mittens on Halloween! Other than crazy weather, life here has been mostly business as usual. Chris went hunting (but didn't see anything), Josh has been doing great in school (and bosses all of us around all the time at home like he's the teacher), Lena is crawling and cruising along the furniture like a professional (and has all but given up sleeping), and I have been enjoying my free moments out of the house and working with my Mary Kay business (and starting to love having a "second" job). Life is good and life is full. We've got a lot of things to be thankful for this year. (Warning, I'm about to get super-sappy!) We've got great family and friends, a healthy little girl, a happy, talkative and opinionated little boy, nice house, good food...and Joshua wants me to add that he's thankful for www.PBSkids.com. And his rope swing. The last year has been a great one and we're so Thankful for all of our blessings! I'll leave you with video of said rope swing (just before we went Trick or Treating). Happy Thanksgiving!
